“I recently needed a replacement key for our car. Obtaining it became somewhat involved, starting in Sydney and leading eventually to your service department. I write to commend them to you, they were fantastic.
They returned my calls and did what they said they'd do and were pleasant and easy to talk to on every occasion. Finally, we were unable to collect the key within business hours, so a staff member came to meet us on Saturday (his day off), initializing the key for us.
